Every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00h a new workout video is posted on MAR Shopping social media channels. It is always important to eat well, sleep well and to keep moving. These workouts, which you can do at home or outside are a great way to boost your activity.
The videos are workouts that can be done at home. No special equipment is needed - you just have to move. Get those happy hormones flooding your brain and you'll feel better.
