Heal Your Life - I Can See Clearly Now - Weekend Retreat

A powerful life-changing workshop, based on the philosophy of Louise Hay will be held in the Algarve this October.

The workshop 'I can see clearly now!' is based on the philosophy of the course 'Heal Your Life' as presented by recently deceased Louise Hay, Shakti Gawan, among others.

Maria Clara Marques, Alison Boardman and Virgínia Silva have joined in an innovative approach to the traditional 'Heal Your Life' workshop which provides its participants with an intensive work format, where they can learn to work the basics of Louise Hay's positive and realistic philosophy, together with other personal development tools, develop awareness of negative beliefs, to release old and toxic emotions, to love oneself more completely and to practice the techniques to operate the desired changes in their lives.
 
When we truly love and accept, then our life and our enthusiasm flourishes. However, it is much simpler to talk about it than to do it! In reality we are faced with so many obstacles, even when we know that change is for the better, at the crucial moment, we end up giving up.
 
With this two day workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore exercises to release past blocks, learn how our thoughts limit the experiences we have in life and how we can change them to change and improve our experiences, relationships, challenges, etc.
 
The techniques used will be, among others, art therapy, body expression, creative visualization, group dynamics, creative collage, Jungian psychoanalysis techniques, meditation, creative writing, yoga and music.
 
The workshop is open to all those who feel capable of embracing change and who wish to live in abundance!
 
Material to bring with you: small face mirror, notebook, pen, box of watercolors and a pictorial, a package of terracotta or clay, child photography, magazines or images of things we want in our life (a home, a son, vacation, edit a book, etc ... do not forget, the sky is the limit!), scissors and glue, fresh and comfortable clothes, a blindfold.
