Guest Chef Rodolfo Guzmán at The Ocean Restaurant

Chef Rodolfo Guzmá joins Chef Hans Neuner for a 4-hands gastronomic experience at VILA VITA Parc.

This November, the 2 Michelin-star Ocean Restaurant, located at  VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa will be welcoming chef Rodolfo Guzmán, from chile's BORAGó restaurant - distinguished in 2015 as the second best restaurant in Latin America and in 2018 one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World.

Chef Rodolfo Guzmán will join Chef Hans Neuner in his Ocean Restaurant kitchen, for a unique 4-hands dinner. This event is part of a series of special dinners being held at VILA VITA Parc this year  - the Culin’Art Dinners. The series has featured collaborations between the resorts chefs and national and international chefs and has been a quite unique event in the world of food and gastronomy.

About the cuisine
Guzman’s cuisine, based on the use of traditional Chilean ingredients from the earth and the sea, cooked under the influence of the traditional gastronomy of the Mapuche people (an indigenous people from south-central Chile) and theatrically plated in earthy creations, will be joining Hans Neuner’s Portuguese influenced cuisine, based on local and seasonal products served in flawless gastronomic works of art. An evening of union and tribute to the best flavours from Chile and Portugal.  

Amongst Rodolfo Guzmán’s innovative signature dishes are the Venison tartare with Maqui berries, the Chilean rhubarb with fruits of the beach or the milk of cows, goats and donkeys in a creative re-adaptation of the classic Tres Leches dessert.



PRICES
€230 per person (drinks excluded) - guests will have a unique opportunity to taste the extraordinary gastronomic creations of two of the biggest names in worldwide gastronomy, in the casual elegance of the Ocean restaurant, featuring sublime views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Wine pairing is available for €125 per person.
