On the 21st March, the Atlântico Restaurant at VILA VITA Parc joins 5,000 chefs from all continents, participating in the 5th edition of the Goût de France gastronomic event - by invitation of the French Embassy in Portugal.
The event, founded in 2015 by Chef Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, following the declaration of the French cuisine as UNESCO’s World Intangible Heritage, aims to celebrate French cuisine throughout the world, by offering French-inspired menus at the participating restaurants.
This year, chefs from around the world will work to create a French-style dinner, honouring and recognising chef Paul Bocuse's contribution to French cuisine.
On Thursday 21st March, exclusively, VILA VITA Parc's Atlântico restaurant will be offering a special dinner prepared by Chef Pedro Pinto, with a choice of 3-course and 4-course menus. There's more information and the menus here.
