Three nights of fitness fun this May at the exclusive Quinta do Lago, resort.
Staying at The Magnolia Hotel, this retreat is designed to make sure you relax from the minute you arrive.
There will be daily fitness classes which are all included in the package - Hiit, Bootcamp, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Power walks and more.
Go alone, with a friend or with a group. Classes will be available every morning and evening and are suitable for all abilities. .
Timetable (subject to change)
Daytime
Friday Arrival:1 x 60 minute class
Saturday: 2 x 30 minute classes 1 x 60 minute class
Sunday: 2 x 30 minute classes 1 x 60 minute class
Monday: 2 x 30 minute classes Depart
Morning classes will consist of HIIT, Bootcamp, Stretching & Body Conditioning.
Afternoon/Evening classes will consist of Fitness Pilates, Pilates for Back Care, Pilates with Bands & Relaxation Techniques
Power walks will also be arranged to fit in with the fitness timetable.
All classes will be taught by a Qualified Instructor, Heather Pring Health & Fitness
The package includes:
Return transfers to and from Faro Airport
3 night’s accommodation (single or double room) including Breakfast
2 Evening meals at the Magnolia Hotel (we will go out on the Saturday night to a local restaurant)
All fitness classes
Hotel swimming pool & sun loungers and beach towels
Use of the Hotel Gym & Spa facilities which include:
- Fully equipped Gym with Spin bikes
- Cinema room
- Basement room for table tennis, relaxing, x-box, games etc.
- Use of hotel complimentary bikes to explore the local area
- Use of the jacuzzi, sauna etc*
*Facials, Beauty Treatments, Massages and Holistic Treatments cost extra & can be booked directly with the hotel.
