The Campus is Quinta do Lago's sporting hub in the Algarve. High performance gym, pools, tennis and and padel and qualified coaches to help you improve your game, fitness and health. There is a range of Sports Packages available, crafted to suit different interests and objectives.
The Elite Triathlon training package takes full advantage of the excellent facilities at The Campus as well as the fabulous surrounding - perfect for lake swimming, biking and running in natural and beautiful surroundings.
ELITE TRIATHLON TRAINING
A streamlined triathlon training package that can be personalised to your current level and goals. Supported by The Campus’ highly qualified coaching team, you will improve your performance in all three events over a 5-day training programme.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 5-Day Personalised Triathlon Training (3 hours per day)
- Swim training in the Quinta do Lago lake
- Specialist bike training and road cycling in the resort and surrounding nature trails
- Run training through the resort and using The Campus running track
