ALQUIMIA - Cultural Journey - EARTH

This 3-day experience starts on 12th with a hike through the Serra do Caldeirão, guided by botanist Filomena Fonseca, who will share her excellent knowledge of the local flora.
Day one will prepare you for day two, when you will have the opportunity to collect samples of the flora for the second part of this experience: a Monotype Workshop at OBS, with the artist Alice Artur, to learn to print from nature and create an original herbarium.
On the third day, you will visit the vegetable garden of Quinta da Fornalha, where chef Pedro Beleza will lead a gastronomy workshop, in which plants and herbs will be the main focus.

The price Includes:
- tutors and materials for workshops
- insurance
- transports for tours and activities from Tavira
- one daily meal: lunch at a regional restaurant, a picnic, dinner resulting from the gastronomy workshop.

The meeting point for the activities is the Oficina Bartolomeu dos Santos, in Tavira.
