The Campus at Quinta do Lago challenges you to 30 Days, 30 Challenges!
'Be inspired to move' is the message from Quinta do Lago's sports hub this March. The Campus challenges you to take on their challenge and do something active every day for a month.
The Campus has published an online guide which you can use to create your own challenges to get moving and feel great each day.
This is an annual challenge. Can be started at any time of the year until the end of 2019.
