Starters: hot fresh bread with olive oil or toast in olive oil and garlic 1st course: crab pate served with mini toast 2nd course: skinned horse mackerel 3rd course: traditional algarvian cockle in corn porridge 4th course: roasted pork tenderloin with garlic, parsley, olive oil and lemon 5th course: prawn in bread porridge 6th course: mini dom rodrigo (traditional dessert from Algarve – “angel hair”. A delicate and sweet dessert with egg, cinnamon and almond) AllGarbe: traditional gastronomy with its origins in the sea, is the meeting point for fish and seafood lovers. Once called Algarbe Alandalus (Gharb al-Ândalus), which corresponds to the westerly part of Moorish Andalusia.
